When will the party end?

We are happy to provide the venue for as long as you need within reason subject to availability. Our bars are licensed up till midnight. However, if you need a bar extension, we would be happy to discuss and organise this for you.

What if we need to cancel?

We do have certain clauses within our contract regarding cancellation. Like most venues, there is a cancellation charge. This is defined in the deposit / cancellations policy. We always advise you to take out wedding insurance to cover such scenarios.

How do we pay?

Payments for weddings must always be made in advance. We do require a deposit to secure the date. This can be taken or discussed during your initial meeting.

The full balance must be paid before your event and the funds cleared. We accept debit cards , bank transfers and cheques. There is a processing fee for credit cards. Please contact our events team for further information. 01636 980000

May we throw confetti ?

Yes ! But it must be bio-degradable and can only be thrown outdoors.

Where can we find more information?

We offer wedding show arounds on most Sundays. It is advised to check with us directly for availability. During a show round, we are happy to answer any questions. Alternatively, you may wish to book an appointment for a consultation regarding your requirements.

May we decorate the venue?

Absolutely ! We understand it is your big day and it should be tailored to your liking. As Kelham Hall is a grade I listed building, we do provide guidelines to protect the building and its fixtures.
